Cleanliness is the reflection of every individual to take care of health, which it is very important in our life. And such as we know, because the cleanliness is the clean condition from dirt, disease, and other can injure all kind of aspect concern about each activity and attitude surrounding of citizens. And like as we know because the human existence can not dissociated between nature and social surrounding. So, all of aspect there in citizen have to take care of the domain cleanliness. But, with the basically at our domain still have not maximal do it. Why is this can happen?

Still increasing this issue about cleanliness problems, caused by society opinion about realize environmentally is very low. Multitude they think partially and just want to beneficial themselves, such as the problem of rubbish disposal out of place, factory waste discharge, air pollution, water contamination, and etc. And also still accuse each other, and including a lot of them give assumption, because that responsibly that cleanliness is government.

Awareness is the process the beginning sense of belonging. Sense of belonging about surrounding that will initiated society’s responsibility. This feel of responsibly will get society’s perception, because the duty to keep surrounding is not only government incumbency but also the citizens. Allow for that awareness, we have to know natural disaster such as flood, erosion, run over of water at city/urban because not caring from the society. The government have attempted to confront rainy season. This state have to realize of us, so that not accuse each other between government executor of environment to assist society importance. So, that’s why, we have to take care of public facilities and also join to give participation in keeps cleanliness. So that created the peaceful situation and comfortable from nature, disaster caused by dirty surrounding. Citizens awareness and concern is very wished for and also the role of government still give socialization to society.
